1. Exchange Guidelines
We want to ensure your scrub suit or clinical clogs fit you perfectly. If you receive an item that is the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
3. Custom Embroidery Exclusion
Please note that items ordered with custom embroidery (such as name or title embroidery) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
